『ラッコリンの小部屋』館長の中村道彦です。
最初に館長の自己紹介をさせていただきます。私は広島市(南区)翠町で生まれ育ちました。京都府立医科大学を卒業して、精神医学教室助手、トロント大学クラーク精神医学研究所客員研究員、滋賀医科大学精神科神経科講師、東京都精神医学研究所副参事研究員、京都府立医科大学精神医学教室助教授、京都府精神保健福祉総合センター所長、京都教育大学教授・同保健管理センター所長、京都府長岡京駅前メンタルクリニック院長、そして郷里で子どもと女性のためのメンタルクリニック・ラッコリンの院長を経て現在に至ります。私の研究領域は、認知機能に関する精神生理学、摂食障害を中心にした心身医学、睡眠時無呼吸などを中心とした睡眠学、DSMやICDを中心とした精神科診断学、電気生理学的手法による動物学習行動学、“不登校”などの登校困難状態、怒りマネジメント・自殺防止・小児の友だちづくりなどに関する心理教育プログラム開発、などでした。これらの研究や臨床経験を、どなたにも理解しやすい言葉を使って皆様にお伝えできるように、心がけて努力していきたいと思っています。この思いから『ラッコリンの小部屋』を開設することにしました。
メンタルクリニック・ラッコリンを開業してほぼ11年間精神科診療に従事してきましたが、2022年11月に閉院しました。この年に誠に光栄なことに広島市公衆衛生事業功労者表彰を拝受いたしました。そして2023年3月に『ラッコリンの小部屋』というWEBサイトを立ち上げました。『ラッコリンの小部屋』には相談室、図書室、音楽室、資料室、研究室、講義室があります。相談室は心の悩みのある方の相談・カウンセリングを行う小部屋です。図書室は館長自作の小説や絵本などを展示していますのでご自由に閲覧してください。音楽室は館長の作曲した楽曲があります。素人の作品ですから音楽的に見て如何なものかと感じる方もいると思いますが、館長の道楽と思って興味ある方は試聴してください。資料室は心の健康状態をチェックするための質問票が保管してあります。ご自分の健康が気になる方はご利用いただいても構いませんが、特に相談室を訪れた方とのカウンセリングで必要な時に利用していただく質問紙が置いてあります。研究室は20年以上関わってきました“不登校児”を中心に、診療で得られたデータを解析した知見を閲覧できるようにする予定です。最後の講義室は館長が長年行っていた講演会や大学の講義などで行ってきたテーマを中心にYouTubeの動画として展示してあります。お好きなテーマの動画を選んでミニ講義を受けてください。全ての小部屋は、専門家ではない方のために準備したものです。

CURATOR INTRODUCTION
This is Michihiko Nakamura, the curator of Chambers of Rakkoring. First of all, I would like to introduce myself as the curator. I was born and raised in Midori-machi, (Minami-ku) Hiroshima City. After graduating from Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine, Assistant in the Department of Psychiatry; Visiting Researcher at the Clark Institute of Psychiatry, University of Toronto; Lecturer in the Department of Psychiatry, Shiga University of Medical Science; Deputy Councilor Researcher at the Tokyo Metropolitan Institute of Psychiatry; Associate Professor, Department of Psychiatry, Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine; Director of Kyoto Prefectural Center of Mental Health and Welfare; Professor of Kyoto University of Education and Director of Health Care Center; Director of Nagaokakyo Ekimae Mental Clinic in Kyoto Prefecture; the director of mental clinic Rakkoring for children and women in my hometown. My research areas included psychophysiology related to cognitive function, psychosomatic medicine centered on eating disorders, somnology focusing on sleep apnea, psychiatric diagnostics in relation with DSM and ICD, animal learning behavior using electrophysiological methods, treatment of school attending difficulty such as school refusal and developmental disorders, development of psychoeducational programs enlightening anger management, suicide prevention, and friendship making for children. I would like to make every effort to convey these research and clinical experiences to everyone in more understandable words for anyone. With this in mind, I decided to open "Chambers of Rakkoring".
I opened Mental Clinic Rakkoring and have been engaged in psychiatric care for almost 11 years, but I closed in November 2022. This year, I was honored to receive the Hiroshima City Public Health Project Merit Award. And in March 2023, we launched a website called "Chambers of Rakkoring". Chambers of Rakkoring has Counseling Room, Library Room, Music Room, Material Room, Study Room, and Lecture Room. The Counseling Room is a chamber where counseling and consultation are provided for people with mental problems. The Library Room exhibits novels and picture books created by the curator, so please feel free to browse them. The Music Room has music composed by the curator. Since it is an amateur's work, some people may feel that it is musically like, but if you are interested in, thinking that it is the curator's dissipation, please listen to it. The Material Room has questionnaires for checking mental health. If you are concerned about your mental health, you can use any questionnaires in the room when necessary, but these sheets are prepared for those who visited the counseling room. The Study Room plans to make it possible to view the knowledge obtained by analyzing the data of medical treatment for more than 20 years, focusing on children with school attending difficulty. The last Lecture Room is exhibited as a YouTube video focusing on the themes that the curator has lectured for university students and citizen. Choose a video on your favorite theme and take a mini lecture. All small rooms are prepared for non-professionals.
